Return & Exchange Policy
At Seema Asif, every outfit is carefully crafted and made to order with attention to detail and quality. As each piece is specially prepared for our customers, we maintain the following return and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Exchange
We do not offer refunds on any orders.
Exchanges are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- An error has been made in the measurements or specifications by our team.
- The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items reported after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Jewelry items.
- International orders.
- Products where the customer has changed their mind after purchase.
- Products with slight variations in color due to screen settings or photography.
- Orders where incorrect measurements were provided by the customer.
Measurement & Size Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements at the time of order placement.
If an alteration or remake is required due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, additional charges may apply.
If the measurement error is determined to be from our side, we will accommodate the exchange accordingly.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Details of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or concern.
Our team will review the request and guide you through the exchange process.
Important Notes
- All exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Since all outfits are made to order, minor variations in embellishments, embroidery placement, or fabric appearance may occur.
- Seema Asif reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
