Order Cancellation Policy — Seema Asif
At Seema Asif, each order is processed with great care and attention to detail. Since our pieces are often custom-made or produced on order, we have specific guidelines for cancellations to ensure smooth operations and fairness to all customers.
Order Cancellation by Customer
• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• After 24 hours, once production or processing has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
• If cancellation is requested within the 24-hour window, the advance payment (50%) may be refunded or adjusted toward a future purchase, after deducting any processing charges.
• Custom or made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production begins immediately upon order approval.
Order Cancellation by Seema Asif
• Seema Asif reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of fabric, production delays, or payment issues.
• In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any advance payment will be fully refunded or adjusted against another order upon the customer’s request.
Refund Timeline
• Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
• Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during the order.

• Once your order enters production, cancellation or modification requests cannot be accommodated.
